Refund policy

Digital products
All Plannette products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because files can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

We’ll make it right
If a file is corrupted, won’t open, or the links don’t work in your app, contact us within 30 days of purchase through our contact page or by replying to your order email. We’ll help you troubleshoot and, if we can’t fix the problem, we’ll send a replacement file or issue a refund.

Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we’ll refund the duplicate order.
