These terms apply to purchases made at Plannette. By placing an order you agree to them.

License

When you buy a Plannette planner you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files on your own devices. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim the designs as your own, in whole or in part, whether free or for profit.

Delivery

Files are delivered digitally by download link immediately after payment. No physical product is shipped.

Compatibility

Planners are hyperlinked PDF files designed for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Samsung Notes and similar PDF apps, and for e-ink devices such as reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Boox and Supernote. Apps, devices and styluses are not included. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Intellectual property

All designs, text and images are owned by Plannette and protected by copyright.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
